Job summary

Pentair in Golden Valley, MN is seeking an SAP Testing & Quality Assurance Lead to define testing strategy and governance across SAP ECC/S/4HANA implementations, collaborating with ERP support, business process leads and partners to ensure go-live readiness.

You will coach testers, drive automation with Tosca and related tools, and establish KPIs for test coverage, defect leakage, and quality that translate to value for the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years in enterprise application testing with SAP ECC/S/4HANA.
• Experience leading SIT, UAT, end-to-end testing and hypercare support.
• Hands-on with Azure DevOps for test management and metrics.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the SAP S/4HANA testing strategy across regression, integration, UAT, project, release and implementation testing.
• Lead test planning, execution, defect management, and release readiness across SAP modules and interfaces.
• Leverage Azure DevOps to manage test plans, test cases, execution status, and dashboards.
• Partner with Test Automation Team to expand automated testing with Tosca and related tools.
• Define and maintain end-to-end test coverage across OTC, PTP, RTR, EWM, PTM and other SAP processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure go-live readiness and hypercare success.
• Coach testers and project teams on testing methodologies and quality expectations.
• Govern testing deliverables and KPIs for coverage, leakage, automation, and release quality.
