Ford Energy is seeking a Testing & Automation Engineer to own the automated testing framework for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. You will design and maintain Tosca-based test suites for core processes, configurations, and integrations, ensuring high-quality releases through regression and upgrade testing.

The role requires 5–8 years in SAP testing, strong governance, and collaboration with SAP delivery teams. Domestic travel in the U.S. is expected in this hybrid position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years in software testing, QA, or test automation with SAP testing experience.
• Hands-on Tosca design and maintenance experience.
• Strong understanding of SAP business processes and translating requirements into test scenarios.
• Experience with SAP CALM project tracking for S/4HANA upgrades and deployments.
• Release management experience for system upgrades/patches.
• Analytical defect management and root-cause analysis.
• Clear communication of test results to technical and business stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own the automated testing framework across Ford Energy’s SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud landscape.
• Design, script, and maintain automated test suites using Tosca for core business processes, integrations, and configuration changes.
• Expand coverage by identifying and closing gaps in automated regression as new processes, integrations, and modules are onboarded.
• Maintain the framework to stay current with SAP object model and public cloud release changes.
• Serve as the quality gatekeeper for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud releases; validate changes before production.
• Plan test cycles for quarterly upgrades, patches, and feature releases.
• Coordinate regression testing across affected processes; drive release sign-off with data-backed results.
• Define testing standards, metrics, and dashboards; improve efficiency through reusable assets.
• Collaborate across SAP delivery teams and business stakeholders; support UAT and SI/vendor coordination.
