Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a SAPS4IT Cluster Manager (S4E Program) to lead the end-to-end rollout of the unified S/4HANA template across the assigned cluster. You will coordinate central, business area and local rollout teams, ensuring localization requirements align with the rollout roadmap.

The role demands strong SAP expertise, program leadership across multi-site environments, and excellent stakeholder management to deliver on time while managing resources and budgets. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent.
• Extensive experience leading complex IT/ERP/transformation programs.
• Strong SAP background with S/4HANA rollout, localization and integration experience.
• Proven expertise in integrated project planning, governance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end cluster rollout planning and execution.
• Coordinate central, business area and local rollout teams and external partners.
• Manage resources, budget, timeline and risk mitigation.
• Maintain governance, quality gates and executive reporting.
• Engage stakeholders and drive progress across the S4E program.
