Job summary

Sloan Valve Company seeks an IT Finance Business Systems Director to lead SAP S/4HANA FI/CO and the broader enterprise applications portfolio at our Franklin Park, IL headquarters. You will align IT investments with business strategy, drive optimization of SAP processes, and manage cross‑functional requirements into a prioritized SAP roadmap.

You will oversee the transformation from ECC to S/4HANA, engage with senior leaders, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with strong adoption across

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
15+ years of finance and accounting in enterprise applications.
Strong FI/CO expertise with SAP implementations (ECC and/or S/4HANA).
Proven leadership in SAP FI/CO deployments and cross‑module delivery.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end SAP/FICO and enterprise application initiatives, including upgrades and migrations.
Lead strategy, architecture, and delivery for SAP Finance landscape and integrations.
Drive change management and user adoption for SAP and other enterprise apps.
Partner with architecture, security, and data teams to ensure secure, integrated solutions.
