Job summary

Accelon Inc. is seeking a hands-on SAP RAR integration developer with BRIM experience to design, code, and deliver S/4HANA-based solutions. You will translate functional specs into robust technical implementations and optimize interfaces across HANA/BRIM landscapes.

The role focuses on RAR projects, RICEFW development, ABAP, OData/REST, CDS views, and performance tuning. This is a pure development position, not a senior architect role.

Qualifications

• RAR experience in integration with BRIM required.
• S/4HANA development with BRIM exposure.
• 7+ years SAP integration with FI-CA, SD or PS.
• ABAP and Advanced ABAP, OData, REST APIs, Fiori, CDS views.
• Hands-on coding based on functional specs from teams.
• RAR implementation projects and RICEFW development.
• HANA model performance tuning and FI/CO understanding.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SAP S/4HANA technical solutions using modern SAP development technologies.
• Work on RAR implementation projects as an RAR integration developer.
• Develop and support RICEFW objects, ALE/IDOCs, interfaces, and system integrations.
• Design and develop integrations across RAR and other SAP systems, including S/4HANA/BRIM.
• Perform performance tuning of HANA models.
• Write the technical spec from functional specs provided by the functional team, then code.
• Team mainly works on RAR projects integrated with BRIM.
• Hands-on development role, not intended for a senior architect-level candidate.
• OTC runs on BRIM. SD-based OTC is considered the earlier approach, though still OTC.

• Design and develop integrations across RAR and other SAP systems, including S/4HANA/BRIM.
• Perform performance tuning of HANA models.
• Write the technical spec from functional specs provided by the functional team, then code.
• Team mainly works on RAR projects integrated with BRIM.

Requirements

Must-Haves:

• Hands-on RAR experience is the top priority.
• RAR coding experience in integration with BRIM.
• S/4HANA development with BRIM exposure.
• 7+ years minimum, with SAP integration and FI-CA, SD or PS modules.
• Currently hands-on, writing code.
• ABAP and Advanced ABAP, OData services, RESTful APIs, Fiori app development, CDS views.
• Experience with RAR implementation projects as an RAR integration developer.
• RICEFW development and HANA model performance tuning
• Solid understanding of SAP data models in FI/CO, PS, and SD
• Ability to understand business requirements and pick them up easily.

Preferred:

• Modern integration tech: XI, OData, SOAP adapters, CPI, REST.
• RAR coding in integration with BRIM, preferred over SD-based OTC profiles.
• Knowledge of BO, HANA SLT, and BODS
