Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group is searching for a motivated Floor Supervisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have professional housekeeping experience, preferably in a luxury hotel. Responsibilities include ensuring cleanliness in guest and service areas, assigning work orders, and training housekeeping staff to uphold high standards.

Fluent knowledge of German and English is an advantage. You will also enjoy perks such as additional vacation days, discounts, and extensive training opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in housekeeping, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Good knowledge of German and English is an advantage.
• Organized and structured way of working.
• Strong sense of hygiene and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that both guest areas and service areas are kept clean and tidy.
• Prepare and assign work orders to employees and monitor priorities.
• Check inventory levels, cleanliness, and organization of storage areas.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure departmental standards are met.
• Train and support housekeeping staff in delivering immaculate guest rooms.
