RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Palliative Care Physician

for Employment in Newark, NJ

RWJBarnabas Health, the largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, is currently seeking a Board-Eligible/Board-Certified Palliative Care Physician for a full-time role at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. The physician will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure the delivery of palliative care to patients and families. Opportunities exist for physicians interested in inpatient or outpatient care. The physician will also participate in staff, trainee, and community education.

Successful candidates will be:

  • MD (or equivalent) and BC/BE in Hospice and Palliative Medicine; fellowship training is preferred.
  • Eligible for NJ licensure or licensed in NJ.
  • Interest in working with heart and transplant patients is preferred.
  • Ambitious and seeking growth opportunities.
  • Excited to work within an organization dedicated to building a strong palliative care network.
