Job summary

IQVIA’s Sponsor-Dedicated FSP team seeks a scientific leader in RWE/Epidemiology to guide study concepts, protocols, and analyses with Pfizer quality standards. You will collaborate across MED, DS&A, Regulatory, Safety, and external vendors, ensuring scientific rigor, feasibility, and timely delivery of high‑complexity outputs such as publications and dashboards.

Ideal candidates hold a PhD in Epidemiology or a Master’s with substantial experience, and have a proven track record in leading RWE

Qualifications

• PhD in Epidemiology or related field (or Master’s with significant experience).
• Experience leading or designing RWE/Epidemiology studies.
• Strong collaboration in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
• Experience with studying migraine, obesity or anti-infectives is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of RWE/Epidemiology studies with scientific rigor.
• Develop study concepts, protocols, SAPs, and publications.
• Provide scientific oversight of study execution with MED Ops and external vendors.
• Ensure quality reviews and inspection readiness for RWE/Epi studies.
