Animal Medical Center San Rafael is seeking a Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team in San Rafael, CA. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of clinical RVT experience and an active CA RVT license (or eligible for transfer within 3 months).

Responsibilities include rooming patients, drawing blood, IV catheter placement, radiology, assisting in surgeries, and proper animal handling. We offer a $500 sign-on bonus, CE allowance, uniform allowance, license reimbursement, and flexible

Qualifications

• 1+ years clinical RVT experience.
• Active California RVT license or transfer eligibility within 3 months.
• Proficient in venipuncture and IV catheter placement.
• Experience with radiology, dental procedures, and anesthesia support.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain medical histories.
• Draw blood and place IV catheters as needed.
• Operate digital radiography and assist in surgeries.
• Assist with dental procedures, charting, and exams.
• Ensure proper animal handling and restraint; maintain client communication.
