PetVet Care Centers’ Surfside Animal Hospital in Oceanside seeks a Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team, delivering high-quality patient care and compassionate service. The role supports hospital operations, performs exams, assists in surgery, maintains records, and ensures patient safety.

We offer a four 10-hour shift schedule, sign-on bonus up to $1,000 based on experience, and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Active CA RVT license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care by determining animal requirements, performing examinations, conducting diagnostic procedures, and maintaining medical records.
• Assist during surgery and procedures, administering medications, vaccines, and nursing care.
• Care for patients by monitoring vital signs, collecting samples, and ensuring proper feeding and comfort.
