Veritas Veterinary Partners in San Rafael, CA, is seeking experienced Registered Veterinary Technicians to join our network of specialty and emergency hospitals. You will collaborate with board-certified specialists in a high-quality environment focused on patient care and client service.

Base pay ranges from $34 to $45 per hour, with a $6,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, CE allowance, and mental health support.

Qualifications

• Registered Veterinary Technicians preferred, but will consider unlicensed techs.
• 2+ years working in a veterinary clinic.
• Emergency or specialty experience a plus.
• Reliable, organized, and committed to providing high-level patient and client care.

Responsibilities

• Venipuncture, catheter placement, and diagnostic sample collection
• Anesthesia monitoring, sedation, and procedures
• Placing IV catheters and managing fluid therapy
• Medication calculation and administration (IV, IM, SQ)
• Diagnostic imaging assistance (radiographs, ultrasound support)
• Monitoring hospitalized patients and providing compassionate nursing care
• Surgical prep, sterile technique, and instrument handling
• Patient monitoring and pain scoring, with trend recognition
