As a Sales Leader you will be managing and developing a team of Specialist Account Executives selling our Platform and Securities product line. You will participate and lead in client and prospect meetings as well as work cross-functionally with internal partners and corporate resources as required. You will be responsible for ongoing mentoring and development of the sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training new team members on sales process. In this role you will report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management. We are looking for an individual with great energy, leadership, and initiative to drive team performance and sales for our team. You will formulate and implement a strategy to enhance business growth. This role works in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Pre-sales, Partner Alliances, Services & HR, therefore cross-company engagement and orchestration is crucial. The candidate will be a high-impact individual capable of driving outstanding business results & first-class employee development. The RVP is fully responsible for developing and leading the team to generate revenue and achieve individual team and organizational quotas. Aligning to the sales strategy, the Sales Leader defines and implements plans for the assigned Accounts to achieve sales objectives.

For this role we are looking for candidates with a depth of experience selling, and specialism with, Security software solutions.
Depending on the segment, the years of experience and skills needed to be successful will vary from 5+ yrs of sales leadership experience managing a team of quota carrying sales people. In addition, a bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
