What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and execute the enterprise sales strategy in the Central U.S., focusing on new business acquisition and account expansion
- Teach and coach the MEDDIC sales methodology to improve sales performance and deal qualification
- Oversee high-value sales opportunities, guiding team members in articulating value to stakeholders
- Maintain pipeline reviews and sales performance management to ensure team health and revenue trajectory
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top-performing Account Executives, fostering a culture of growth and accountability

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10+ years in SaaS or enterprise technology sales, with 3-5+ years in a front-line leadership role
- Proven track record of success selling into Fortune 1000 / Global 2000 accounts in the Central U.S. region
- Strong ability to manage and coach teams through complex, high-value, multi-year deals
- Deep familiarity with MEDDIC or similar qualification frameworks
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other modern sales technology tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience selling ITSM, CX, CRM, or EX solutions with an understanding of enterprise buying committees
- Strong leadership behaviors, including a customer-obsessed approach and strategic thinking
- Demonstrated ability to create a collaborative and inclusive team environment
