The role will be responsible for driving regional production goals, originating new development opportunities, managing key stakeholder relationships, and mentoring development team members. The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership while serving as a strategic leader across acquisitions, development execution, financing, and community engagement initiatives.

  • Oversee underwriting, financial modeling, budgeting, and project execution across the regional pipeline.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with organizational quality standards.
  • Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of current and future development opportunities.
  • Lead project capitalization efforts including debt financing, equity sourcing, public incentives, and affordable housing finance programs.
  • Coordinate financing processes with lenders, investors, legal counsel, consultants, and public agencies.
  • Monitor project budgets, contingencies, and financial performance throughout the development lifecycle.
