JOB DESCRIPTION:
The RV Technician plays a key role in th e maintaining and repairing RVs to meet our high standards of quality. The technician will work in a retail service shop department and may also contribute to a new mobile RV service initiative.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain recreational vehicles, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems.
• Perform thorough inspections and reconditioning of pre-owned RVs to prepare them for sale.
• Provide high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the service team to support both in-shop and mobile service operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an RV Technician (required)
• Strong knowledge of RV systems: electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and appliances
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset

LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:

• Valid driver’s license

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

• Technical training in automotive, mechanical, or RV-specific programs is a plus
• Equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered

The pay range for this role is:

25 - 40 USD per hour (West Tawakoni, TX)
