Job summary

Choice 1 Rental, LLC is seeking an RV Technician to diagnose and repair RV systems across the United States. This role requires extensive travel and flexibility in schedule to meet service demands at various locations.

The ideal candidate has RV repair experience in automotive or marine fields, a high school diploma or equivalent, and may hold RVIA/RVDA certifications. Strong customer communication and safety focus are essential

Qualifications

RV repair experience in RV repair, automotive, marine or related technical field.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred.
RVIA/RVDA certifications are a plus.
Must be able to lift heavy objects and travel extensively across the U.S.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair RV components, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC and propane systems.
Perform repairs and replacements on appliances, slide-outs, generators, awnings and other mechanical systems.
Address structural issues like leaks, flooring, and roof maintenance.
Conduct preventative maintenance like oil changes, battery checks and tire inspections.
Explain procedures to customers and service writers; document work and parts used.
Assist with inventory management and parts pricing as needed.
Follow safety guidelines and stay current with industry standards.
