Job summary

RV Country Nevada LLC is seeking skilled RV Technicians to diagnose, repair and maintain recreational vehicles. You will work with shop staff to plan procedures and provide labor estimates, ensuring quality repairs and adherence to dealership policies.

The role emphasizes problem solving, hands-on work, and teamwork, with factory training opportunities and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good communication skills for working with service advisors, foremen, and teammates.
• Ability to follow established procedures and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Examine and diagnose RV problems.
• Discuss repairs with shop foreman or RV service advisor.
• Communicate additional service requests to RV service advisor.
• Plan work procedures in cooperation with shop foreman.
• Provide labor time estimates to RV service advisor.
• Monitor repair time and update RV service advisor regularly.
• Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on RV care and operation.
• Complete story and/or documentation for client repairs.
• Attend company and factory training.
