Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in RV, automotive, or related trades.
• RVIA/RVIT certification or equivalent maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot RV systems and components.
• Repair and maintain propane gas and electric appliances.
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and other departments.

Skills

Hands-on experience in RV or automotive trades

Familiarity with hitch installation and brake controller setup

Basic electrical knowledge of 12V and 110V systems

Strong hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude

Proficient in reading tape measures and using hand/power tools

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
