Qualifications

• Diagnose and troubleshoot RV systems, performing functional repairs.
• Familiarity with hitch installation and brake controller setup.
• Willingness to work weekends and in un-climate-controlled environments.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose RV systems and installations to meet quality standards.
• Service and repair electrical and plumbing systems.
• Perform general maintenance and assist with customer satisfaction.

Skills

2–3 years’ hands-on experience in RV, automotive, or related trades

Basic electrical knowledge of 12V and 110V systems

Strong hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude

Proficient in reading tape measures and using hand/power tools

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

RVIA/RVIT certification or equivalent RV maintenance experience
