Job summary

Great American RV SuperStores is seeking an RV Technician to diagnose and repair RV systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry components.

You will inspect, test, and evaluate issues, communicate repair options, and prepare cost estimates for parts and labor. This role emphasizes quality workmanship, safety, and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced service environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical RV repair training preferred.
  • Proven RV Technician experience or similar role.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem solving and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and customer focus.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Excellent customer service interacting with vendors and team.

As an RV Technician, you will utilize advanced diagnostic and repair skills or demonstrate a strong passion for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to mechanical systems, plumbing, electrical components, HVAC systems, carpentry, and general maintenance. In this role, you will accurately diagnose problems by inspecting, testing, and evaluating RV systems to determine the root cause of failures or performance concerns. You will then communicate repair recommendations, provide detailed cost estimates, and identify any required replacement parts to the Service Writer to ensure timely and effective repairs. Your commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction will play a key role in delivering exceptional service. Your expertise will enhance the RV experience for our clients, allowing them to enjoy their adventures to the fullest.



Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in RV repair preferred.

  • Proven experience as an RV Technician or in a similar role.

  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record.

  • Excellent customer service skills to be able to interact with vendors and team members
