Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions

• Manage work assignments, document repairs, and escalate issues when necessary
• Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections and prepare RVs for delivery
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems, including 120AC and 12DC, inverters, and converters
• Inspect and maintain batteries, perform engine and generator oil changes, and chassis lube
• Conduct inspections and repairs on major RV systems such as brakes, HVAC, water heaters, and plumbing
• Install accessories and perform tire & brake checks
• Follow warranty procedures and maintain a safe work environment
• Attend training and perform additional duties as required

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 1-year experience as a service technician or related field
• RVIA certification is a plus
• Experience in electrical, plumbing, or carpentry is desirable
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Own tools preferred
• Excellent communication skills

Physical Requirements

• Work more than 40 hours per week, including nights and weekends
• Lift up to 70 pounds
• Stand, walk, bend, and reach frequently
• Work outdoors and in varying environmental conditions

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Pay Range

USD $18.00 - USD $40.00 /Hr.
