Job summary

Alpin Haus in New York seeks an RV Service Technician to perform maintenance, repairs and installations on RVs. You’ll work in a family-oriented shop with paid training and a path to RVTI Level 1 certification, fully funded by the company.

Starting pay is $18.00–$25.00 per hour with overtime eligibility. After approximately 90 days you may receive raises and become eligible for a bonus program; further growth opportunities exist with additional RVTI certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Experience using basic hand and power tools.
• HVAC, building trades, automotive or mechanical experience.
• Possesses, or able to procure, RV1 certification within first year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Test, diagnose, and repair RVs using diagnostic tools and manufacturer instructions.
• Install equipment and accessories on RVs and test for proper function; provide customer instructions.
• Review and update work orders to document diagnosis and actions performed.
• Safely transport vehicles to and from repair areas; assist parts and warranty teams as needed.
• Perform live demonstrations of RV system functionality and maintain shop cleanliness.
• Record and report any external damage observed to vehicles.
