Job summary

Optimum RV LLC is seeking a skilled RV Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of recreational vehicles. You will perform inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance, ensuring safety and quality before delivery to customers.

The role requires strong RV systems knowledge, the ability to read manuals and schematics, and excellent communication with customers and team members. Training and ongoing learning are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical components.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain RV systems and components.
• Perform inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) to ensure safety and quality.
• Document work performed, parts used, and labor time in the service system.
• Communicate with service advisors and customers about repairs.
