Your Roadmap of Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and Repair: Inspect and troubleshoot RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry, providing effective solutions to ensure every RV is road-ready.
  • Deliver Outstanding Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each RV is ready for its next adventure.
  • Collaborate with the Service Team: Work closely with service advisors to discuss repairs, provide labor time estimates, and keep them updated on repair progress.
  • Document Repairs: Maintain accurate records of all work performed and adhere to dealership policies to ensure transparency and trust.
  • Ensure Efficiency: Manage your time effectively to complete repairs promptly and reduce downtime for our customers.

Requirements

Your Performance Specs:

  • Mechanical Aptitude: A knack for diagnosing and repairing various systems to keep RVs in top condition.
  • Professionalism: A reliable and responsible attitude with a focus on quality work.
  • Willingness to Learn: Previous RV or related experience is a plus, but we offer training for candidates eager to grow their skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in an RV dealership environment is highly desirable.
  • Certifications in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or similar technical fields are a plus.
  • RVDA/RVIA certification is an added advantage, showcasing your dedication to excellence in the RV industry.
