Job summary

Kunes RV is seeking RV Service Technicians to troubleshoot and repair a variety of RV systems and appliances. This entry level and experienced program offers apprenticeship, ongoing training, and opportunities to build a long-term career within our growing service department.

Qualifications

• Handy with a variety of tasks; no RV experience required.
• Certification from college or technical school in a trade (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or Maintenance) is helpful.
• RVDA/RVIA certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Examine and diagnose RV problems
• Discuss repairs with RV service advisor
• Communicate additional service requests to RV service advisor
• Provide labor time estimates to RV service advisor
• Monitor repair time and update RV service advisor regularly
• Maintain adherence to dealership policies on RV care and operation
• Complete story and/or documentation for repairs
• Attend company and factory training
