Job summary

Kunes RV is seeking skilled technicians to diagnose and repair RV systems across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and structural components. You’ll perform inspections, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance while communicating timelines with service advisors.

Applicants should have strong mechanical aptitude and experience in RV, automotive, diesel, construction, HVAC, or related trades. Training is provided; certifications are a plus and RVDA/RVIA preferred but not required.

Qualifications

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting.
Experience in RV, automotive, diesel, construction, HVAC or skilled trades.
Willingness to learn RV systems; training provided.
Certifications in HVAC/electrical/plumbing are a plus; RVDA/RVIA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair RV systems: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and structural components.
Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.
Communicate repair needs and timelines with service advisors.
Provide accurate labor estimates and document completed work.
Maintain efficiency and quality standards to minimize customer downtime.
