Job summary

PleasureLand RV Center is hiring RV Service Technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of RV systems. This hands-on role suits individuals with mechanical skills, problem-solving ability, and a willingness to learn RV-specific procedures.

Full-time, 8:00am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday, with pay range $20.00–$26.00 per hour based on experience, plus potential bonuses. We value reliability, teamwork, and a customer-first attitude, and offer growth opportunities in a family-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on repair experience or aptitude across automotive, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or general mechanical work.
• Willingness to learn and grow in RV systems and repair procedures.
• Ability to read repair manuals and diagnose issues with guidance when needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain RV systems and components.
• Perform maintenance and general repairs on RVs.
• Work on slide-outs, awnings, roofs, water systems, furnaces, and A/C units.
• Use diagnostic tools and repair information to complete tasks.
• Communicate repair needs and completed work to service advisors.
