Job summary

PleasureLand RV Center is hiring RV Service Technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain recreational vehicles. Hands-on repair experience is valued, with RV experience a plus but not required.

We welcome candidates from automotive, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or general mechanical backgrounds who want to learn RV systems. This full-time role offers daytime hours (8:00am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday) and pay based on experience, with bonus potential based on hours qualifications.

Qualifications

• Hands-on repair experience in automotive, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, maintenance, or general mechanical work.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of RV systems.
• Diagnose and repair RV electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and appliance systems.
• Perform maintenance, inspections, and general repairs.
• Work on slide-outs, awnings, roofs, water systems, furnaces, air conditioners, brakes, bearings, and interior components.
• Use diagnostic tools and hands-on problem solving.
• Communicate with service advisors about needed repairs and completed work.
• Keep the work area organized and complete repairs safely and efficiently.
• Help customers get back to enjoying their RVs and adventures.

$20.00 - $26.00 per hours based on experience, plus potential to earn bonuses based on hours qualifications.

What You’ll Do

As an RV Service Technician, you will inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of RV systems.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose and repair RV electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and appliance systems
• Perform maintenance, inspections, and general repairs
• Work on items such as slide‑outs, awnings, roofs, water systems, furnaces, air conditioners, brakes, bearings, and interior components
• Use diagnostic tools, repair information, and hands‑on problem solving
• Communicate clearly with service advisors about needed repairs and completed work
• Keep your work area organized and complete repairs safely and efficiently
• Help customers get back to enjoying their RVs and their adventures
