Job summary

Bish’s RV is seeking an Entry-Level RV Technician to join our service team in Kentucky. You will assist in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing RV systems under guidance from senior technicians and service managers.

Gain hands-on experience across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry while delivering quality work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to quality work.
• Have a set of personal tools.
• Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for long periods.
• Lift 25–50 lbs with assistive device.
• Able to work in hot/cold/dusty/noisy environments.
• Flexibility with schedules including Saturdays; Sundays off.
• Neat, clean, professional appearance.
• Pass background and drug test.
• Align with company vision and core values.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute a Get Ready and customer orientation.
• Assist with inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of RV systems including electrical, plumbing, propane, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Help with installation of accessories and aftermarket parts.
• Document completed work accurately and assist with service records.
• Follow safety standards and procedures with power tools and hazardous materials.
• Communicate progress or issues with repairs to team members and supervisors.
• Attend training sessions and stay updated on RV systems and service practices.

We’relooking for a motivated and hands-on Entry-Level RV Technician to join our service team. In this role,you'llassistin diagnosing,maintaining, and repairing recreational vehicles (RVs), including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.You’llwork under the guidance of experienced technicians and service managers to develop your skills and gain confidence in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Objectives

• Contribute to a high-performing service team by being dependable and meeting service timelines
• Develop technical knowledge in RV systems, tools, diagnostics, and repairs through on-the-job training
• Support customer satisfaction by ensuring quality work,timelyservice, and a helpful attitude

Responsibilities
