Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators, and coach bodies. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and maintenance tasks, with the ability to fix complex problems and document the work thoroughly.

We offer certification support and pay to certify individuals not already certified. Candidates should be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and have own hand tools. Training and safety come first.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade field (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance, etc.)
• RVIA certification helpful but not required
• Minimum 1 year service technician experience or related fields preferred
• Must furnish own hand/shop tools
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress
• Ensure final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
