Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators, and body components. You will perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and mechanical maintenance, documenting tests and repairs, and keeping a safe, organized shop.

Applicants should have trade certification or relevant experience; you must furnish your own tools and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. We offer competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• RV‑related service experience preferred, with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC skills.
• Must provide and document diagnostics and repairs; maintain a safe work area.
• Must furnish own hand tools; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic tests and repair services for RV systems.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Keep parts usage records and update supervisor on progress.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and safety.
