Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat‑Rate) in Oakwood, GA to diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators, and coach body components. You will perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical maintenance and document your work.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, furnish your own hand tools, and maintain a safe, clean work area. Certification or formal training is helpful, with experience preferred; RVIA certification is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Trade certification helpful but not required; relevant work experience considered
• Minimum 1 year service technician experience or related fields preferred
• RVIA certification helpful but not required
• Possible exposure to heights and hazards related to working with electrical and welding equipment
• Must furnish own hand/shop tools
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
• Valid driver's license preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress
• Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
