Job summary

General RV Center is seeking a skilled RV Technician to service interiors, exteriors, electrical, and plumbing on new and used RVs. Training will be provided at $20 per hour for 90 days, with subsequent flat-rate pay based on experience and RVIA certification level.

The role emphasizes clear communication with customers and maintaining high-quality workmanship. Applicants should have 5-7 years in related technical fields, provide their own tools, and possess a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Inspect RVs thoroughly to meet quality standards.

• Responsible for servicing new and used RV’s. General RV Technicians do not service the chassis or engines, only interior, exterior, electrical, and plumbing.
• RV specific certifications will be provided by General RV, do NOT need to be ASE certified.
• Ability to clearly explain technical issues to customers and how the issue can be repaired.
• Responsible for meeting the company standard of quality.
• Inspect RV’s thoroughly.

Pay Transparency:

This role provides a 90 day training pay period of $20 per hour plus flat rate pay based on hours billed. Following training, this role will be a flat rate pay scale based on experience and RVIA Technician Certification level . Actual compensation will vary based on individual performance, skills, and experience.
