Qualifications

• Experience as an automotive or RV technician (1 to 3+ months minimum or equivalent training).
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
• Reliable, honest, and team oriented work ethic.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and inspect RVs and vehicles accurately.
• Perform repairs and maintenance to high quality standards.
• Communicate repair needs with the Service Advisor and Shop Foreman.
• Provide clear labor estimates and updates on repair timelines.
• Complete repair documentation and service notes.
• Ensure proper care and handling of customer vehicles.
• Stay up to date with technical bulletins and training.
• Assist and support junior technicians when needed.
• Follow all safety and environmental regulations.
