Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team and help customers choose the right services and upgrades for their RVs. You’ll provide price estimates for installations, track work progress, and communicate clearly with guests to ensure satisfaction.

The role emphasizes customer service, computer use, and accurate follow‑up. A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred, with opportunities for commissions and a strong benefits package for full‑time staff.

Qualifications

• RV product or camping lifestyle experience.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches.

• Valid driver's license preferred.

As a Service Advisor you will primarily be responsible for initiating and processing requests for repair services and providing administrative support to the Service Department as well as keep customers apprised of work progress.

General Compensation Disclosure

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $50,000 - $75,000 or more. This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions.
