Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team in Green Bay, WI. You will work directly with customers to determine RV product needs, suggest add-on services, provide price estimates, and keep customers updated on work progress.

This role offers a commission-based compensation plan with total annual earnings estimated between $50,000 and $75,000 or more. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year service experience preferred.
• RV product or camping lifestyle experience is a plus.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged standing, stooping, crawling and bending may be required.

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team.

As a Service Advisor you will primarily be responsible for initiating and processing requests for repair services and providing administrative support to the Service Department as well as keep customers apprised of work progress.

What You'll Need To Have For The Role

General Compensation Disclosure

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $50,000 - $75,000 or more. This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions.
