Blue Compass RV in Denton, TX is seeking high-energy Sales Associates to own the full sales process from first contact to final delivery. This role offers uncapped commission-based earnings and paid training for the first four weeks.

You will engage customers across online, phone, social media, and in-person channels, build rapport, guide product selection, and close deals while delivering an exceptional buying experience.

Qualifications

• Drive to meet and exceed sales targets in a commission-based environment.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and follow-ups.
• Strong phone sales and customer engagement skills.
• Experience using social media as a sales/branding tool.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Willingness to work weekends.
