Bish’s RV is seeking an energetic RV Sales Outfitter to build genuine connections, guide customers to the right unit, and grow lifetime relationships. You’ll combine warm, professional service with product knowledge to ensure each sale aligns with the customer’s travel lifestyle.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, listening to needs, guiding selections, and managing leads via CRM while maintaining a strong sales pace and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to explain products to a wide variety of customers.

• Manage leads in CRM, including follow-ups with new and returning customers.
• Follow up consistently to close sales.
• Assist customers from vehicle selection to accessories and add-ons.
• Remove obstacles and support throughout buying process.
