Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic and have strong communication with customers, employees, and management.
• Understand and implement dealership sales process.
• Own every aspect of the sales process from prospecting to vehicle delivery.
• Present and demonstrate inventory.
• Review, update and manage daily inventory reports.
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
• Stay on top of RV market trends and dealership inventory.
• Generate ideas to exceed sales goals.
• Willingness to work Saturdays to maximize earning potential.
• Attend RV shows and location events as needed.
