Job summary

Bish’s RV Longview is seeking a motivated RV Sales Outfitter to build genuine connections, guide customers to the right unit, and drive sales. If you enjoy problem-solving, relationships, and helping customers hit the road with excitement, join our team in Longview, TX.

You’ll greet customers warmly, listen to needs, and present RVs and accessories with confidence while managing leads in CRM for ongoing follow-up and long-term sales growth.

Qualifications

• Confidence in presenting and explaining products to a wide variety of customers.
• Ability to manage your time, pipeline, and follow-ups with independence and accountability.
