Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You will lead in selling new and used RVs, deliver demonstrations, and close sales with the F&I and Management teams.

The role emphasizes a no-pressure, high-integrity customer approach and opportunity for substantial earnings. The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $50,000 to $150,000 annually, plus benefits and a strong support system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' experience in sales (RV/auto/boat/real estate or similar) preferred.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

• Promote high quality customer experience while selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct demonstration rides and walk-through presentations.
• Close sales by coordinating with F&I and Sales Management.

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RV’s, have fun and make money! Your drive determines your paycheck. Successful team members generally earn $50,000 to $150,000 or more annually, including an additional year-end sales volume bonus available to those who qualify!

What You’ll Do

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer

What You’ll Need To Have For The Role

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required)
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information
• Valid driver's license required
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

General Compensation Disclosure

The estimated total annual compensation estimated annual range is $50,000 - $150,000.
