Job summary

Camping World is seeking an energetic RV Sales Associate to grow the business and drive sales of new and used RVs. You will promote a top-notch customer experience and demonstrate vehicles to prospective buyers while coordinating with F&I and Sales Management to close deals.

The role offers a guaranteed hourly base plus flat-rate commissions with potential for significant earnings. After 30 days, you may switch to 100% commission or stay on a mixed plan; earnings depend on performance and market

Qualifications

• 2+ years' sales experience preferred across RV/auto/marine/powersports/real estate.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bondable and able to obtain a professional sales license where required.
• Valid driver's license required.

• Promote a high quality customer experience while selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk-throughs.
• Close sales with F&I and Sales Management teams.
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.

Job Overview

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RV’s, have fun and make money!

Your drive determines your paycheck. Successful team members generally earn $50,000 to $150,000 or more annually, including an additional year-end sales volume bonus available to those who qualify!

We Invest in Your Success from Day One. Starting out, you’ll enjoy the stability of a competitive guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions while you learn the ropes. After 30 days, you take control of your earning potential: choose to stay on your current hourly plan plus flat commission, or transition to a 100% commission-based plan. Actual effective date will be communicated to align with monthly and pay period cycles.

What You’ll Do

• Take the lead to promote a top‑notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk‑through presentations
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team
• Follow up and commit to a no‑pressure, high integrity approach with each customer

What You’ll Need To Have For The Role

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required)
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information
• Valid driver's license required
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

General Compensation Disclosure

++No Soft Pack; Minimum Commissions/Flats apply++

The estimated total annual compensation estimated annual range is $50,000 - $150,000. In California, Massachusetts, Michigan, Maine, and Washington, you will receive a base hourly rate equal to the applicable hourly minimum wage in addition to variable compensation earned.
