Job summary

Alpin Haus RV is seeking motivated RV Sales Professionals to join our winning team. You will generate sales for new and used RVs and equipment while delivering outstanding customer service. No experience needed—we provide training and all the tools required to succeed at the highest level.

Earn commissions with a base pay that starts at $60,000 and potential to reach $200,000 annually. With over 750 RVs and top brands, you will help customers find the right fit and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1 year retail sales experience; RV or automotive sales preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to work Saturdays and 3-5 sales events per year.

Responsibilities

• Generate and close sales for new and used RVs and accessories.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build rapport with customers.
• Demonstrate products and answer questions to inform buying decisions.
• Act as liaison between customers and departments (Accounting, F&I, Parts, Service).
• Maintain contact with customers to drive repeat and referral business.
• Stay up to date on product features and market trends.

Mission

The RV Sales Associate is responsible for generating sales for new and used RVs and equipment, while providing customers with an outstanding customer service experience.

Outcomes

• Build rapport & trust with customers
• Generate and close sales for new and used units and accessories, through effective selling techniques and consistent with the company's core values and service pillars
• Conduct professional, high quality and informative interactive demonstrations with customers
• Serve as a liaison between customers and various departments including Accounting, F&I, Parts, and Service
• Maintain appropriate level of contact with customers to increase opportunities for repeat and referral business
• Continuously improve product knowledge by staying up to date on manufacturer’s product features, components, and changes
• Stay up to date of market trends and industry changes from publications, manufacturer websites and company provided information
• Be willing to learn and continuously implement the Alpin Haus selling system word tracks and techniques
• Participate in the company's education and training seminars to improve sales and customer relationship skills
• Enhance organization reputation by accomplishing new and different requests, handling customer objections and exploring opportunities to add value to the customer's experience

Pay: $60,000 with potential up to $200,000 annually

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, free from major infractions
• Ability to work Saturday's and 3-5 sales event weekends per year

Physical and Environmental Conditions

• Talking and hearing, walking and sitting, repetitive hand motion, using hands to grasp, and reaching with arms/hands, are required.
• Some exposure to adverse environmental conditions such as very cold or very hot temperatures in campers that may be stored outdoors; customer interaction may occur outside in various weather conditions.
