Camping World is seeking a high-energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RVs, have fun, and make money!
We believe that investing in your success is important. When you join us as a first-time RV Salesperson, you will receive up to 4 weeks of training pay based on residency and state laws.
This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions (no soft packs on commissions). Successful team members can earn $150,000+ annually based on performance. Year-end sales volume bonuses are available to those who qualify.

The estimated annual variable compensation range is $50,000 - $150,000+. In California, Massachusetts, and Maine, you will receive a base hourly rate equal to the applicable minimum wage plus variable compensation. In all other states, you will receive a minimum hourly rate not less than $12.25 or the applicable state minimum wage, whichever is higher, which offsets variable earnings.
