Bish's RV Billings is seeking a top-performing recent graduate or former college athlete to join our elite sales team. You don't need RV sales experience—we'll teach you the business, but you must bring hunger, discipline, and a competitive drive to win.

This role requires travel and living offsite for up to two months for intensive professional development and training. You will train with seasoned pros and compete to achieve the 200 RVs per year target, treating it as a career, not just a job.

We're looking for a former or graduating college athlete who isn't ready to stop competing.

Someone who knows what it means to show up early, stay late, take coaching, overcome adversity, and do whatever it takes to win.

We're not looking for an average salesperson.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Our mission is to develop an RV Outfitter capable of selling 200 RVs per year.

You don't need RV sales experience. We'll teach you the business.

But you must bring the hunger, discipline, competitive drive, and work ethic that made you successful as an athlete.

THE COMMITMENT

This opportunity requires a willingness to travel and live offsite for up to TWO MONTHS for intensive professional development and sales training.

You'll train alongside experienced professionals, develop elite selling skills, and learn the processes and habits required to perform at the highest level.

Just like athletics, development requires sacrifice, preparation, and a willingness to be coached.
