Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business in Massachusetts. The role offers uncapped commissions with a potential to earn $50,000 to $150,000 annually based on performance.

Full-time position with benefits, including paid time off and company programs. You will promote and sell new and used RVs, conduct demo rides, and work with F&I and Sales Management to close deals while maintaining high integrity with customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required)
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information
• Valid driver's license required

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RV’s, have fun and make money! This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions (no soft packs on commissions). Successful team members can earn $50,000 to $150,000 or more annually based on performance. Year-end sales volume bonus available to those who qualify!

What You’ll Do

• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team

What You’ll Need To Have For The Role

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required)
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information
• Valid driver's license required
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

General Compensation Disclosure

No Soft Pack; Minimum Commissions/Flats apply

The estimated total annual compensation estimated annual range is $50,000 - $150,000. In California, Massachusetts, Michigan, Maine, and Washington, you will receive a base hourly rate equal to the applicable hourly minimum wage in addition to variable compensation earned.
