Job summary

Cal-Am Properties, Inc. in Surprise, AZ is seeking an RV Sales Administrative Assistant. This role provides support to the Sales Team reporting to Regional Sales Manager; On-site Sales Manager or Senior Sales Associate.

Compensation: $21.00 hourly. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Vacation and Sick, 401K. Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The successful candidate will handle phones, prepare materials, assist with open houses and CRM data, and ensure confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required and relevant administrative experience.
• 1–2 years in administrative/secretarial roles.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet customers.
• Maintain sales materials and prepare flyers/signage.
• Compose business correspondence and reports.
• Coordinate meetings and schedule.
• Enter data into CRM and follow up with leads.
• Assist with open houses and event materials.
• Manage confidential pricing and personnel information.
