Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent communication between service departments
• Coordinate ordering of accurate parts from suppliers and manufacturers, tracking for on-time delivery
• Add part orders to work orders in IDS and update throughout the day
• Control inventory
• Prepare and submit invoices for payment
• Receive parts into the IDS system upon delivery
• Conduct monthly inventory cycle counts
• Participate in training as prescribed by management
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all company policies and guidelines
• Understand activities, methods, procedures, and policies of the Service Department

Qualifications

• One year of RV experience
• IDS experience is a huge plus
• Strong computer skills
• Parts experience
• Excellent organizational skills
• Effective communication and listening skills
• Ability to accept additional tasks and duties
• Routine filing and lot cleanup
• Adherence to safety protocols
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
