Job Description

We are looking to hire an RV Resort Maintenance/Security Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the daily upkeep and maintenance of the property along with supervising the security staff.

Responsibilities:

• Manage records and information
• Plan and maintain park facilities
• Provide administrative assistance to the Board of Directors and office
• Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
• Oversee tasks such as mail distribution, security, custodial duties, etc.
• Schedule maintenance and security staff
• Occasional weekend work may be required

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in property maintenance or related fields; experience in RV resorts and campgrounds is a plus
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Strong organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
• Strong leadership qualities
• Basic computer skills, including Excel
• Good communication skills
• Ability to oversee outside vendors and obtain competitive quotes for park services
• Compensation based on experience
