Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills required.
• RV, marine, or related service experience preferred.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on RVs prior to customer delivery.
• Test and inspect electrical, plumbing, propane, appliances, and accessories.
• Complete repairs and adjustments to ensure units are customer-ready.
• Document inspection findings and completed work accurately.
• Collaborate with service and sales teams to meet delivery schedules.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
